The Ben Shatach pedestrian promenade has recently become an attractive spot for Jerusalem youngsters, with the opening of new restaurants and shops, as well as festivals, street shows and parties, and other local events happening around.

One of the most active places in the area is Gabriela, a dairy kosher restaurant attracting a diverse crowd that enjoys the delicious and thoughtful menu, at the heart of Jerusalem.

The restaurant was founded by Chef Jaque Dayan, an heir to a dynasty of chefs, who graduated from culinary studies in France, specializing in pastries. Jaque loves to mix different flavors from all cuisines, and under his rule the flavors magically blend into a unique experience.

Gabriela's Buon Giorno menu, served until 13:00, includes rich and generous breakfasts, such as the Gabriela Breakfast and the Country Breakfast, Toscana style. The restaurant also offers a selection of fish dishes, such as Salmon and Denis Fillet, Red Tuna on a bed of sweet potato cream and more, as well as pastas, sandwiches, pizzas, focaccias and many other fine dishes.
