Chef Eran Ben Arosh studied in California and specialized in French gourmet cuisine, his first experience was with leading Beverly Hills and Hollywood chefs. Later on Eran became sou-chef at the Sheraton Plaza Hotel in Jerusalem. One of the Kedma's most famous dishes is its Corned Beef Sandwich, a chicken breast sandwich, a hot and pickled brisket sandwich in a ciabatta with fries, pickles, mustard and red onion. You will also enjoy their couscous semolina with lamb shoulder and vegetables, their homemade sausages, and even the local and delicious version of a Jerusalem mix with lamb, entrecote, chicken and veal thrown into a colorful mix with eggplant and tahini.
