Morduch is one of Jerusalem's famous family restaurants, located in Machane Yehuda Market. founded in 1982, in one of the Machane Yehuda's alleys, the restaurant is still extremely popular among dozens of locals and tourists with its traditional Iraqi cuisine.

When the founder of the place, Mordechay, or 'Morduch' by nickname, passed away, his son Yitzhak continued to run the restaurant, and was later joined by other family members.

The Jerusalem 'working class' restaurant became an integral part of the Market life, serving traditional oriental dishes, Kubbeh soup, stuffed cabbage and peppers, meatballs, couscous and a selection of grilled meats, and other tempting comfort foods.

The place is suitable for private events with its warm and cosy atmosphere.
