Station 9 Restaurant

As part of the Asian trend currently spreading through Israel, and Jerusalem in particular, the Station 9 restaurant holds a place of honor being one of the first and best in its genre. The restaurant, located in the First Station complex, offers popular Thai cuisine alongside dishes from the kitchens of the Far East, famous Asian street dishes and more. Chef Ron Finzi delivers a concept of simple but wonderfully delicious food, consisting of a wide array of local ingredients and herbs that offer new aromas and tastes. The restaurant’s greatest challenge is adjusting its dishes to Kosher requirements, a task which they have accomplished successfully. The menu also features marvellously creative dishes such as Suriname pizza, Japanese asado and sweet duck schnitzel.
